Experience the thrill of climbing Stromboli, choose this unique experience on top of an active volcano, accompanied by an experienced local guide.
Your adventure begins along the Sentiero Paesistico, a 820-ft route immersed in lush vegetation, where you can already admire some volcanic craters.
Once you reach the Belvedere viewpoint, you can contemplate the famous Sciara del Fuoco, a striking lava flow of volcanic debris. After a short 20-minute walk, you’ll reach the perfect vantage point to enjoy a spectacular sunset. From here, get ready to witness an incredible natural fireworks display offered by the volcano itself.
During the trek, your guide will tell you about the geological history of the Aeolian Islands, show you the local flora and fauna and talk to you about the lifestyle and history of human settlements in this fascinating region.
