Informaciones generales y condiciones de venta

Todos nuestros tours están garantizados con un mínimo de dos participantes.

Pedimos que nos comuniquéis, en fase de la reserva, condiciones físicas particulares de los participantes.

En los tours regulares no están admitidos animales. Por exigencias especiales se puede hacer referencia a los tour privados.

Durante el tour recomendamos cumplir con las indicaciones proporcionadas por vuestro acompañador.

Por cada tour está incluido el transporte ida y vuelta desde el punto indicado como pick up en fase de reserva utilizando furgonetas con 9 asientos, jeep 7 asientos o Suv 4 asientos, acompañador multilingües y todo lo que está puesto en la voz “el precio incluye” al final de la descripción de cada tour.

Cancelaciones, modificas y responsabilidades

Hasta las 48 horas antes de la salida no hay multa; menos de 48 horas antes hay que pagar el 50%; por no aparición hay que pagar el 100%.

Los horarios de salida y de llegada pueden variar, con un máximo de 30 minutos y también sin advertencia previa, por razones técnicas, tráfico y causas de fuerza mayor.

En caso de modificas de horario y/o itinerarios por razones que no se deben a la Sociedad organizadora no hay ninguna forma de compensación.

La sociedad organizadora se reserva el derecho de anular la excursión por causas de fuerza mayor con obligación a compensar el precio del tour.

Paquetes promocionales

Para los paquetes promocionales, la cancelación es gratuita hasta 48 horas antes de la primera visita si decide cancelar las tres reservas.

Para cancelaciones parciales (uno o dos tours), el reembolso se calculará aplicando la tarifa completa a los tours restantes.

Cancellation policy for multiple day package

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE PACKAGE TRAVEL BEFORE THE DEPARTURE

Before the departure the organizer or the seller which, for reasons imputable or linked to himself, needs to modify in any meaningful way one or more elements of the agreement, immediately inform the user in a written form, expressing the modification and the following change of price.

Where the user does not accept the modification proposal referred to in subparagraph 1, may exercise alternatively the right to reacquire the amount of money already paid or to benefit a new package travel.

The user may exercise the rights mentioned above when the cancellation depends on the failure to achieve the minimum number of participants expected by the catalogue or by the program out of print.  

It is intended between the parties that the right to refund what already paid incurred as the result of  non-acceptance of substantial modifications determined by events due or linked to the T.O.; therefore is excluded the right to the whole restitution of the amount paid by the user where the modification is the result of unforeseeable circumstances and the T.O. has paid or must paid to third provider of services amount of money which cannot be demanded.

It is intended that the right of compensation for damage is not applied when the user has been informed about the cancellation at least 20 days before the date of departure in written form.

CONSUMER’S WITHDRAWAL

The consumer can withdraw the contract without penalty payment, in the following cases:

- Increase of the price over the 10%;

- Meaningful modification – necessary for facts due and/or linked to the organization, except for the hypothesis of unforeseeable circumstances – of one or more elements of the agreement objectively configurable as fundamental for the fruition of the package travel wholly considered and suggested by the organization after the conclusion of the same agreement, but before the departure and not accepted by the consumer.

For the above cases the consumer can alternatively have the right to:

- Benefit an alternative package travel, without any extra cost or with the restitution of possible exceeding money, if the second package has an inferior value;

- The restitution of the price already corresponded. The refund must be operated within seven working days from the receipt of  the request. The consumer must inform about his decision (to accept the modification or to withdraw) within and not later than two working days from the notification of the increase or modification. For lack of explicit communication within this time limit, the proposal made by the organizer is considered accepted.

In case of consumer’s withdrawal, out of any hypothesis contemplated above, it will be charged the individual cost of the operation, the payment of insurance cover already requested by the time of the contract’s conclusion, or other services already provided, and the penalty like below:

100%                “        “          until 3 days before departure and no show

No restitution lies if the customer withdraws 3 days before the departure, in case of no show or for the interruption of the stay.

It remains valid the right of the Company to refund any possible damages suffered, to any title, for facts caused by the customer.

MODIFICATIONS AFTER THE DEPARTURE

The organizer, if after the departure cannot provide for any reasons, - except for cases whose impediment depends on reasons coming from the consumer or for unforeseeable circumstances – an essential part of the services mentioned in the contract, should draft alternative solutions, without any extra cost charged on the contractor and if the services provided have a value lower than the expected ones, refunding at a level equal to the difference.

Qualora non risulti possibile alcuna soluzione alternativa, ovvero la soluzione predisposta dall’organizzatore venga rifiutata dal consumatore per comprovati e giustificati motivi, l’organizzatore fornirà senza supplemento di prezzo, un mezzo di trasporto equivalente a quello originario previsto per il ritorno al luogo di partenza o al diverso luogo eventualmente pattuito, compatibilmente alle disponibilità di mezzi e posti , e lo rimborserà nella misura della differenza tra il costo delle prestazioni previste e quello delle prestazioni effettuate fino al momento del rientro anticipato.

SOSTITUTIONS

The consumer can be substituted by other person always said:

a)    The organizer is informed on paper 4 working days before the date established as departure, receiving simultaneously the communication about the reasons of the substitution and the transferee’s generalities;

b)    The transferee satisfies all the conditions to benefit the service (ex art. 89 Cod. Cons.), and specifically the requirements concerning the passport, visa, health certificates;

c)    The same services or different others can be provided as a result of the substitution;

d)    The substitute refunds the organization of all the additional cost to proceed with the substitution, to the degree communicated before the transfer.

The donor  and the transferee are responsible for the payment of the price as well as the amounts referred in the letter d) of this article.
