Sailing along Aci Trezza, a small seaside village of ancient Greek tradition and mythology, famous for the Cyclops Islands (Faraglioni) and Lachea Island.The small archipelago of islands and islets rose from the sea following massive land movements of elevation, which brought to the surface these formations previously placed in an underwater environment. Aci Trezza is also famous for being the place where the novel "I Malavoglia" by Giovanni Verga was set.
Stop for swimming or snorkeling (with your equipment) to admire the seabed of the Marine protected area.
Alcoholic aperitif on board. Sip a fresh prosecco, accompanied by cheese, local salami and stuffed croutons.
Return back to Catania.
