Etna Cycling to the Top avec guide volcanologique
The tour will start from Rifugio Sapienza hotel/restaurant (1.900 m above the sea level) at 9:00 AM, it takes place between ancient craters and recent lava flows.
Once you reach Torre del Filosofo, at an altitude of 2900 m, you can admire an extraordinary view: the summit craters of Etna, the Ionian Sea and the Valle del Bove.
The uphill trekking path with the volcanological guide will start from an altitude of 2900 m, up to the sum- mit craters located at 3345 m a.s.l.
The descent will take place along a sandy and exciting track, back to the meeting point.
