Excursion on Etna with a relaxed departure
After being picked up from your hotel at 10:30 am you will head for Rifugio Sapienza, enjoying some view points on the way up. The guide will give you all the information you need about the history and the territory of the volcano and you will visit the sites of the last eruptions and the old Silvestri Craters.
From Rifugio Sapienza (1920 m asl) you can choose one of the following options:
The excursion will continue with the visit of a lava cave with the proper equipment
The last stop before returning to the hotel, will be at a local specialties producer to taste some delicious regional specialties such as honey, oil etc.

Maximum altitude reachable (cable car + 4x4 minibus with local alpine guide): €82 per person
In case of snow, the maximum altitude will be reached by snowcat: €100.00 per person
